How do I order from Mirakuru?
This website is our online store! To view the full range of products, click here!
Once you have put the items you would like to purchase in your goodie bag, you can checkout safely and securely by tapping the little bag or by clicking here.
Can I change my order before it's dispatched?
Yes! Please send Mirakuru a message as soon as possible and let's work it out! 💫
Unfortunately, once your order has been processed and dispatched no further changes can be made.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! I am happy to take custom orders, and will customise anything that is currently available to order. Send Mirakuru a message and let's talk about it!
Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately Mirakuru does not currently accept returns unless products are faulty. This does not include damage caused by improper care of items - please follow the enclosed care instructions!
Problem with your order?

How do you store information?
Payments are processed safely and securely through this website. Your card information is not stored. Your purchase data is stored securely and will never be sold by Mirakuru!

Mirakuru is based in Newcastle upon Tyne, UK! In the UK, items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 🇬🇧
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! Mirakuru is happy to despatch orders internationally!

How much does shipping cost?
All shipping costs are calculated at checkout and the cost is based on the weight of your order!
You can check the shipping options by choosing your country at checkout.

❗️ Many countries (incl. USA) have options with or without tracking ❗️
Tracking is not included for many countries to make shipping costs more affordable. Please pay the extra for tracked option at checkout if you would like tracking information!
How long does shipping take?
Shipping within the UK typically takes 2-5 days to arrive. International shipping can take between 2-12 weeks, depending on region:
Europe: 2-4 weeks
USA: 2-6 weeks
Rest of the World: 4-12 weeks
The times listed are estimates and some orders have been known to arrive faster. If you would like to pay for a different shipping service, please send Mirakuru a message to enquire!
How long do you take to process orders?
Since a lot of our products are handmade, processing times may vary. You will be notified if there is any delay to your order.
Orders that are in stock will be sent within 48 hours. If an item in your order is on pre-order, please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be dispatched!

How are orders packaged?
Orders are sent using 100% recyclable poly mailers. They're cute and kind to the planet 🌍 fragile orders will be sent in boxes which are also 100% recyclable!
Each order is packed with care using tissue paper, ribbons and bubblewrap, sealed with Mirakuru stickers and checked thoroughly before shipment.
Product Details & Care
A product I want is out of stock! Help!
Once a Mirakuru product sells out, it will be restocked as soon as possible! If you are waiting for a restock, you can send Mirakuru a message to ask when it will be back!
However, some Mirakuru products are limited and will not be restocked! Grab them while you can!
How do I care for my Mirakuru goodies?
Many Mirakuru products are made by hand. Treat them with care to ensure they look their best! 💫
Specialised care instructions are listed in the description of each product. They are also included with all clothing items from Mirakuru.
Products with Vinyl Decals
• Machine wash cool/30°C • tumble dry low • use mild detergent
• Do not use bleach • do not dry clean
• Do not iron any decals • iron on reverse with low heat
• Gently remove lint from glitter decals with a lint roller
Mirrors, Accessories & Printed Goods
• Store in a cool, dry place • handle with care
• Clean reflective surfaces with a microfibre cloth
• Do not use harsh chemicals or sprays
Wax Melts
• Store in a cool, dry place • handle with care
• Do not leave burning wax melts unattended
• Keep out of reach of children or pets
• Dispose of used wax safely & responsibly

What sizes are Mirakuru sweatshirts & hoodies available in?
The sweatshirts & hoodies Mirakuru use are made from 80% cotton/20% polyester, are fleece-backed with a large kangaroo pocket and a drawstring hood. They are oversized, colourful and comfy 💛 the sizes below are an approximate measurement of size!
